Have a kid who is CrAzY for coding? Or maybe a kid who is coding curious?
Join AnySchoolers this summer for a relaxed, bi-weekly, coding hackathon! Where kids can code in their favorite program, while sharing their work, honing their skills, and making friends with a mutual passion for computer science!
All abilities and age levels welcome!
Instructor —and AnySchoolers volunteer + technology extraordinaire- Cynthia Brown, will be present at every gathering, to help children troubleshoot coding challenges or provide coding prompts and project inspiration!
Meetups will be held at the Green Hills Library Center in Meeting Room 1. Please have your child bring a laptop or tablet capable of running a coding program. If you do not have access to a computer, you can reserve a Chromebook (1 per library account) online at the Mid-Continent Library website.
