MONDAY: November Community Day

Who can come?

AnySchoolers KC is an open nonprofit community. There are no membership dues or volunteering requirements. This community relies on group/parent volunteer effort and donations. Meet new friends outside of traditional school! AnySchoolers is a secular and inclusive community.

What should you expect from Community Day?

Laid back play at the park with meaningful parent conversation sprinkled into the afternoon. We believe from experience that programmatic planning happens organically when parents find each other and can feel uninhibited (or empowered, un-intimidated) to use the nonprofit system to serve children and teens. We have set up a handful of boundaries and systems to help with collecting monies, properly insuring, and coordinating/communicating. These community days are great days to get a feel for how those systems work while also letting kids play together and have fun!
