The STEAM Studio uses Design Thinking in their STEAM-based curriculum to offer enriching opportunities for children to question, use their creativity, collaborate with peers, problem-solve, build empathy & understanding, communicate effectively and ignite their passion for STEAM fields.
Join us for a Robotics + Coding class at the STEAM Studio in downtown Kansas City!
In this 2 hour class, children will learn about what robots do & what problems they solve, design & build a robot using the “Design Thinking model”, and practice programming on some coding robots available at the studio!
This is an all ages class, that covers introductory computer coding and robotics content. Parents are free to drop-off, or stay with their children at this event.
Please only register the children that will be attending this event. This event requires a minimum number of 20 kids registered to be green lit, so that no one pays more than $15 per child. If more than 20 children register (thus lowering the per child cost), you can choose to either be refunded the difference or donate the difference to AnySchoolers.
See you at the STEAM Studio for a rip-roaring, code-slingin', robotics adventure!
